NACOK Calendar of Events

Join NACOK and OKCPD to learn about how Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) in real police work is conducted! Television often romanticizes CSI work but in reality it is is a methodical, detail-driven process focused on preserving, documenting, and analyzing physical evidence to support legal proceedings. OKC PD’s CSI II Chelsea Jackson and SSgt Brad Gilmore will walk through the techniques Investigators use to secure scenes, collect evidence and samples, and follow chain-of-custody protocols. This interactive presentation will include a question and answer session. Light snacks will be provided.
