This workshop will explore the relationships between plants, animals, and water quality in aquatic ecosystems like rivers, streams, ponds, and retention/drainage ponds. Learn conservation-based management strategies that improve ecosystem health while promoting sustainability.

Join MSgt. Erick Huff from the Oklahoma City Police Department and Neighborhood Alliance to learn more about Crime Watch and Crime Patrol for your neighborhood. Neighborhood Watch Patrol (NWP) is about neighbors volunteering to become trained observers and reporters in their neighborhood for the local police.
*Crime Patrol program is a committee of your neighborhood association- you MUST be an organized neighborhood to establish a Watch Patrol.*
Adapting for a Healthy Future: adaptokc progress report & five-year update

OKC's sustainability plan, adaptokc, is set for an update in 2026 and the Office of Sustainability would like to hear from neighborhoods to help shape the new plan’s strategic direction. T.O. Bowman and Sarah Terry-Cobo will present what the City has accomplished since adaptokc was adopted in 2020 and will collect input for the new plan from attendees during the meeting. Attendees will learn about climate impacts in OKC, how the City and partners are preparing to mitigate or adapt to those, and how residents can continue to be involved in the development and review of the new plan draft.
