Neighborhood Leaders for Today (NLT) is Neighborhood Alliance's one-of-a-kind leadership program designed to give neighbors the confidence and tools they need to create, promote and sustain productive neighborhood associations and to help develop sustainable community improvement projects.

NLT is a series of classes offered on Thursday's and Saturday's over eight weeks and includes different speakers all geared toward creating educated, well-equipped neighborhood leaders throughout the Oklahoma City area. Neighborhood Leaders for Today topics include:

• NEW! The Future of Neighboring Model
• Crime & Public Safety 
• NEW: Neighborhood Succession Planning
• How to navigate City Hall
• NEW! The Digital Neighborhood

Class begins February 15, 2024.

Class dates are:

• Thursday, Feb 15
• Saturday, Feb 17
• Thursday, Feb 22
• Thursday, Feb 29
• Saturday, March 2
• Thursday, March 7
• Saturday, March 9
• Thursday, March 14

Class size is limited to 30 participants and the application process is competitive. If chosen, there is a $100  non refundable fee that covers meals and materials.
